Need to include Name Department, item, cost, pulldown to indicate if for internal or client. If Client pull from client list in WHMCS. Company to purchase from. Would like form to display like a standard purchase order form ad in Quickbooks or a word template Purchase order. Need for internal use but may resale. Additional we are using multibrand from Modules Garden so will also have to be able to select brand. Need reports for open, closed, approved, disapproved and report for money spend by category and or client.
