Remote Office Management for Acting Talent Agency

I need someone who can work remotely from the UK initially July 28th- Aug 25th for holiday cover but with opportunity to make work more permanent. Job is to submit my acting clients for work using an online tool. You will also be needed to call clients to inform them of castings that they have and to deal with casting agents in the UK. I need someone who is self motivated, great attention to detail and ideally has an interest in theatre, TV and film as you will dealing with actors. It is not a full 9-5 commitment more like 4 hours a day but you must be available to take the odd phone call during the day so would suit 'resting' actor, someone with young children at nursery, student etc You will have all the info you need so its a question of cutting and pasting info I give you into a online resource as well as looking after a work diary
