Link Building Expert in Arts/Crafts Niche

Hi All, We are looking to hire a link building expert with a talent for extracting links from the Arts and Crafts niche. This niche has many websites with 'Links' pages where we would like to have our websites added. We're looking for a link builder / outreach expert who can trawl through these sites and handle all of the outreach necessary in securing the links. The perfect candidate would also be able to pitch for, and secure, guest posting opportunities on related sites. (We have an in-house writing team to create the content, but we need an outreach pro to strike up the deals.) We're open to a variety of payment terms: from fixed hourly, to performance based, to a hybrid.
