We need an awesome SEM expert!

Hi there We are looking for an experienced search engine marketer who can help us with our new affiliate marketing site that focuses on the international money transfer industry. We are busy sourcing researchers and content writers at the moment, who can help us to populate the site with company profiles and articles discussing different methods of transferring money around the globe, trade regulations and regional constraints and pointing people to the best providers for their particular needs. We need someone who can help us to optimise the site for organic traffic (without breaking Google's rules) as well as advising on Google Adwords, Keyword Research, Link Building etc. We would ideally like to find someone who has proven experience with other affiliate marketing sites and is available for an immediate start. We don't have any fixed ideas regarding number of hours or budget at this stage, but would welcome your proposals along with any examples or case studies of similar projects you have worked on - and indeed any further questions you may have for us and we will be in touch.
