Trainer Customization Required

I require the mid-sole of a pair of all black trainers to be painted some what accordingly to the picture provided in the link. I have another, more complicated idea but require Someone skillful enough to pull it off if potentially possible. If either of the two requests is completed to satisfaction and of a reasonable price, this is something that I know I personally would like done to many more pairs. Also to round this off, I know that many people would love this particular service at a reasonable price and I'd be more than happy to recommend any and every one that I can get word to if this is successful.
