Illustrator or Graphic Designer for a Film Poster

I am looking for an illustrator or graphic designer to develop a teaser poster for a short film. The film has some very visual elements to it. The candidate will be given a brief for the poster and the interpretation of that is up to them. If we like the work there is a chance you could be doing the full poster once the film is finished. We currently have no stills to work from so looking for someone with imagination. This poster will also be used to attract extras. Please give example of previous work of this type.
