Managing new members-only online resource for the industrial IoT

We are launching a new centre of excellence to help galvanise ideas/ share opinion/ start debate on the industrial internet of things. Our mission: to become the leading resource on industrial IoT for IT leaders in the UK and Europe. We are looking for someone to work (remotely- Skype/Hangouts etc) with our CEO to fundamentally lead three key roles: source new contributors, manage content (and strategy) and develop new members. Candidates should have great interpersonal skills/ likeable character, a proven interest in IoT/ technology and evidence of having led a division like the one described above. Additional experience such us conducting interviews /hosting podcasts, managing content and liaising with CEO (or similar) on strategy/ editorial etc are essential. Hopefully the above makes it clear that we are not looking for someone to just manage our social media.
