I need create prototype

Produce prototype: Hi, I'm working on device. Its special device that need to be done. It need to have: battery "screen" graphic card video cam screen is showing that what we see via cam but this screen is much different then usual screen, is made from sticks. Around 10 000 sticks that is size 1mm x 10mm and this sticks are moving up and down depending of video cam vision. When cam is recording white then sticks are moved up, when black then sticks are on bottom of screen. 1 stick - 1 pixel If you need more description - we need sign NDA.
