Project Develop a level 2 eLearning food safety course. By the end of the course food handlers should be able understand how to prepare food safely. The course should be around 1.5 hours It is important that the course is created using everyday simple language due to educational level of most of the learners. The course will be delivered through video narration, video scenarios, animations, interactions, graphics and quiz. Course should be accessible on mobile, tablets and computer. About you 1. You must have developed a food safety course up to level 2 level previously 2. Qualified or experienced instructional designer 3. Be able develop/ organise the content including recorded video narration, video scenarios, animations, interactions, graphics and quiz 4. Be able to organise the video, scenarios and animations as agreed with myself 5. Create a professional course and engaging course using everyday simple language 6.
