Improve these floor plans for my new family home

Design details: I've just purchased a chalet style bungalow (current floor plans attached from estate agents) and I'm looking for someone to take a look at the existing floor plans (I can provide room measurements), and improve them to reflect our lifestyle. Further Details (few things we need) 1) We love entertaining with other mums and dads (and their kids), and family & friends. 2) We're looking for an open plan kitchen, living and dining space (so taking down the lounge/dining & kitchen wall is a must to open up the space). See examples attached for the sort of thing we're looking for. 3) We have a newborn (3 weeks old) but looking to future proof the space so we can grow with the house (and should we have anymore children) 4) Looking to take out the windows in the existing dining room/kitchen and install bi-folding doors that will lead to a decked area/garden.
