I need an online portal for displaying key company KPIs

Information for the business: Estate agent - website used for internal purposes only Design details: We would like a system created to display all employees KPI's, in real time once updated manually. We would also like the facility to store documents on this system, that can be opened and viewed by users. We want users to have to log in if they want to amend or add data, as well as a system that allows users to view the data, without necessarily logging in.
