Stationery product desing, not only graphics but products

Hello, I have a product design job for my own start-up business. I would like to have product designer service from someone who can turn the concept I have for a specific niche customer group to prototype(s), and if possible to help me on or during the production of the prototype(s). The products will be in office stationery category (e.g. notebook, desktop accessories, files and storage) not for any large offices, but for more small and high-end product users. I am looking for a long-term partnership rather than a one-time delivery of a design assignment. Is it possible to meet and discuss the concept in a confidential way and take it from there, or everything should be through this platform?
