Expert creative illustrator needed to create animation ready artwork

Design details: Hi we are a small studio looking for an expert illustrator or illustration team to take story boards and finish them so they can be animated. The files need to be vector and may be just line art there is 4/5 illustartions + some character illustrations and illustrations of various props such as a pencil, book, light etc. PLease see the attached story boards for direction + this document for further info.
