Website designer required

Kind of design: Single web page Ideas for the visual style: TBC Extra notes: I require a website designer to make my current website homepage more professional looking. I am seeking a DESIGNER..... not a developer with some basic design skills. I need a person with an excellent understanding of colour theories & design symmetry, typefaces and spacing. The website is not finalised yet. This is the home page (http://boat-lawyers.co.uk), please advise what improvements you would suggest & make? I require somebody for immediate start and quick completion.
