I need a website design plus forms

Industry: Business Kind of design: Custom website Description of every page: The first goal is to interest people to let us do the VAT returns and right after that we want to ask them if we can do their whole bookkeeping. So the first procedure (and form) is to gain information (just enough questions for that process), the second form is more questions and will be only visible after that you'd become our client. We want also a button so people can download a whitepaper We want a contact form As option a chat possibility Easy CMS (wordpress??) Via an api and their name and password we will connect them to external software.
