Design of employee handbook (but we are not calling it that)

Design details: We need to articulate our staff benefits in an engaging way which makes people actually want to read the handbook. This is an important 'first touch' for new employees and the content will cover culture, benefits and values. The design needs to work for electronic reading as well as printed. Target audience: Our lovely team Content on the front/back side and body: title, logo Ideas for the visual style: mix of graphics and photos from our stock Extra notes: First round is gathering interest and then shortlisting designers Our company website is www.languageconnect.net
