ARCH PLANS - SUPER FAST DELIVERY - Architectural Plans & Basic Grading Calculations

Information for the business: Architect Industry: Art and Design Design details: Looking for someone to complete some architectural plans (currently in Archicad) to meet County of Los Angeles, CA code requirements as well as the grading calculations for a project which has architectural plans nearly completed (few small changes). Plans are near completion but some small adjustments need to be completed and further detailing need to be done (ie. add title block, add more dimensions, add more details to elevations, etc). We would need total cut and fill calculations as well as a map to clearly show existing grade, proposed grade, and where the cut and fill locations are. We can supply archicad files of the plans as well as the original topo .dwg and .pdf files. The pdf of the preliminary architectural plans and site plan are attached for review.
