3D designer that can redesign .obj files and .stl files to make an original design

Sorry for not getting back earlier, but when I went to my email there were over 45 emails from this posting, I opened ten and they were solicitation not proposals. so all the others went into the trash. Also on the original posting the images were not uploaded. Now at least 3 out of 8 uploaded. I may be wrong, if so please explain to me, but I am assuming that when a designer creates a 3D image from scratch it is harder and more time consuming than altering and existing file within very define parameters. I need a 3D designer that can redesign .obj files and .stl files to make an original design for some salt shaker commonly used as wedding party favors. The .obj files are from scans of existing bird salt and pepper shakes, similar to the attached images. The .stl files are original designs (not from a scan) from another designer, the only problem is that when he was asked to tilt the head 5 degrees to the left for one design and and 5 degrees to the right for another design. He messed it up, the other side of the tilt created a strange line/kink on the opposite side of the neck. Almost as if someone made a soft clay sculpture and then held the body and just turned the head. Tell me if this is visible to you when you have the actual files after we have a deal. The designer did a good job except for the above mentioned flaw. He did this in less than two hour, from only photos (see "pictures of samples1" through "pictures of samples4" attached). I now am asking for a designer that can make slight alterations to his .stl files (see attached "image of designer bird1" through "4") Sorry tried uploading 8 .png images but for some reason it would only take three. Can you, design and produce, 3D prototypes of bird “salt and pepper shakers”. Normally used as wedding favours. Attached you will find some pictures of similar generic bird shakers. I need you to design something similar but not copy the birds in the picture, as I need all rights of production and reproduction, derivatives and all other right for myself and don’t want any questions about infringing on someone else’s design. Since you do prototypes I assume all copyrights of your designs commissioned by me will be signed over to me. The measurements of the birds in the pictures are: Length 5.5cm X Height 4.5cm X Width 3.5cm. The prototypes should be 20% larger. The design should be of only one bird that will be used for both bird salt and pepper shakers. Possible ideas to make them my design and different from the pictures/samples: Adding a little more to the height, which would change the proportions. Slightly different tail and beak. Wings could be shorter, longer or less prominent. Any other ideas that you can come up to keep same basic idea but change the design, would be greatly appreciated. Do not make any holes on top for shaking the salt etc. The bottom should be recessed in the same way the images show so that the plug is set in from the base/bottom. If anything is not clear please let me know.
