Graphic designer/Proof reading for an childrens activity book

Design details: I'm looking for an quote for a proof reader/graphic designer (ideally someone who can do both to save time ) for a children activity book, I'm in the midst of putting together. Once the book is printed it will be 140 pages. But only half will need to be proof read as some of the pages will be duplicated throughout the book. I will be doing most of the art work for the book but I do need help formatting the pages, make changes to the artwork if needed and putting all of the elements together for printing.
