Wordpress 'Booked' Plugin modification

It's a great plugin but It's lacking the "Week" view and only has month or single day views. My requirements are: - adding a custom field ('Instructor') to each appointment entry to define in backend when creating/adding appointments. - Displaying the calendar in frontend in a weekly layout (much similar to default calendar layout) with required information (see attached) and sorting out styling and routing issues. (Frontend) - adding filtering dropdown options for displaying entries in calendar.
