Build a basic website

General information for the website: Fitness website needed Kind of development: New website from scratch Description of every page/module: I need help setting up a website. I know the domain I would like is available, but I don't know how to start. I know how to do CMS management and would like to be in control of my website, but would like someone to start it for me please so that then I can do all my own images and copy etc! Thanks.
