AMP (accelerated mobile pages) implementation

I have a few questions about your hourly: 1. Do you hard-code the code or use plugins? 2. I believe that AMP can sometimes mess up the layout of page and they need to be corrected - is this something you offer? 3. Will the layout of any future pages/posts I create need to have the layout manually corrected or is this automatic? 4.
