Modifications to my site's old OS Commerce

General information for the website: Sell MIDI Files online Kind of development: Customization of existing website Description of every page/module: I have a MIDI upload module in OS Commerce that I use to upload MIDI Sequence demos to my catalog when I add new titles for sale. Something happened and this module is not functioning.
