Payment integration form with E-commerceMerchant

General information for the website: Basic website selling training courses, need payment gateway integration Kind of development: Customization of existing website Description of requirements/features: I have a website built with a custom CMS, basic PHP. The website lists training courses. My client now wants for customers to be able to buy and pay for the courses online. They have signed up with "E-CommerceMerchant" as their payment gateway provider (see attached documentation). I need a simple PHP script creating that will fit into my PHP CMS. So users will have a form at the bottom of each course page to complete payment details (like attached examples). A record will be kept in mySQL database with client information (name, email address, phone number - NO payment details, and the course they are booked on). Email goes to client for confirmation of booking. There is no shopping cart of customer accounts. Its just straight forward form (as examples) at the bottom of each "course page" for users to complete and pay. Extra services needed: 3rd party integration Extra notes:
