I need a professional make over for my website

General information for the website: My personal website/blog Kind of development: Customization of existing website Description of requirements/features: I am a full stack developer, and have created a personal website which I am going to begin to use for blogging. I have built the site with Ruby on Rails and deployed on a digital ocean droplet. While I have full stack experience, I don't have vast experience in front end design and am seeking someone who can add a polished look to my site. And ensure compatibility/responsiveness across multiple devices, particularly mobile phones. I have done the majority of the front end work using CSS and very little jQuery.
