Install Magento 2 Template Theme from Template Monster

General information for the website: Ecommerce Magento 2 Website Description of requirements/features: I have purchased a Template Theme from Template Monste: https://www.templatemonster.com/magento-themes/medical-equipment-responsive-magento-theme-63512.html I need it installing on a fresh installation of Magento 2, on our Siteground hosting. The installation needs to have the "sample data" which is available in the download. This is important! So only apply if you know you can accomplish this.
