Magento and Wordpress junior developer

General information for the website: Assist development of existing retainer contract websites Description of requirements/features: I'm looking to work with a junior developer who has some experience working with Magento and Wordpress. At the moment I'm managing a few small website projects on long-term retainers and need some technical assistance to stay on top of development timelines. This is a great opportunity for a junior developer to gain experience whilst working under less pressure to be directly responsible to the client. The sites are relatively small and not too complicated- but the demands and the development curve demand having an open mind to learning new skills and techniques as you go. I'm not expecting you to know exactly how long or how easy working on a particular feature may be, but I do expect to be given a clear and concise breakdown of the steps you've taken to resolve a feature and not to be afraid to ask for help. We're looking at sharing something in the region of 20-40 hours per month of development work. I expect that you'll want to manage this alongside more work or perhaps education. If this sounds like it would work for you and your lifestyle then I'm willing to work on a rolling 30-day arrangement with you initially. Specific technologies required: HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, PHP Extra notes: All of the sites are front end heavy and a lot of the backend is either already developed or leverages existing technologies so this is a project that favours the developer that appreciates user experience and design over outright performance. Note: People from outside the UK cannot be considered. I'm also going to leave this job online for some time, so don't be afraid to bid late as you may still be able to get in!
