PHPBB Message Board/Forum Design and Config

Basic design and visual configuration of phpBB message board - football themed, new site with no users or content. Message board only, no web debelopment required. phpBB Version 3.0.13. Would involve installing/customizing an appropriate theme, setup logos/images and other visual improvements, perhaps some 'widgets' to allow a twitter/news feed of sources which can be identified later, etc. Does not require extensive graphic design work, logos will be very simple and minimal, preference is someone who has experience of configuring message boards for optimal user experience. Setting budget between £50-100 initially, would like bids to include an outline of recommendations, plus links to example work. Work should be completed for initial review within 2 days of award, accounting for at least one round of revisions. Some samples are attached of the kind of customization I need. You should also be able to configure twitter widgets. Thanks
