Visual effects/CGI Compositor (Motion tracking, UV Projection)

Hello, I'm an Indie filmmaker based in North West England. I used to be against the use of computer effects in films (not technically, just simply because I didn't find it convincing) but after studying how it can be used sparsely and well in David Fincher's films and falling in love with techniques such as photo-scanning and UV Projection I've become quite experienced with the pipeline. I've realized however how much focusing on this is distracting me from other important parts of the process, such as camerawork and acting performances and my work has suffered as a result. I'm looking for someone to collaborate with on my next short film, I can take things as far as pre-visualisation, chroma keying and additional post-composition but I'm looking for someone to work on a few shots and polish them off so I can focus on my other roles. Would love to hear from someone with experience on time expectations etc
