I need video editing with Adobe After Effects

I need someone who can edit videos with very specific edits. I will send the video and you will add special effects in adobe after effects. A perfect example of what I am looking for is in this video: ( https://vimeo.com/128518503 ) from time 1:10 to 1:30 where they highlight the buildings and write the building names. We will start off with just this one project, but ideally I am looking for someone who is looking for continuous work, as I need to do similar video edits several times a week. Please reply with your experience with Adobe After Effects (and Premiere Pro too), and please watch the video above and tell me if you are capable of similar editing in the times referenced.
