I need an iOS and Android app developed

I would like to create an app which allows users to record a video of themselves initiating their favorite film line or dance sequence and then merge it (split screen style) with the original video. For example I could record myself (with black sunglasses on) saying "Hasta la vista, baby" like Arnie and then merge it with the original video of Arnie saying it so that they play side by side. I could then share this video (via Instagram/Twitter/Facebook) with my contacts and then they could see if and even do their version.
