Clients needed for a fledgling IT company

Industry: Internet/Software Description of Business Development: I started an IT company with a good friend, based in a small country in the Mediterranean a couple months ago, we mostly do freelance server / desktop / network remote support on a fixed fee / contract / monthly basis. We are highly qualified (coming from the enterprise IT sector servicing MSPs, banks and telecoms), and we would like to be able to share our knowledge, and to help you improve your business. A little bit about us, and why we would like to do work for you. - The crucial decision to do business this way is because we are rather good at it, and we find it extremely efficient for both the client and us. - Working in the IT field we've noticed certain inefficiencies as to how IT in general is maintained today - say you have a certain problem, an IT engineer comes to resolve it, but the system is still inefficient as a whole, prone to errors, security flaws, performance issues etc. Say you have computer system performance issues - how many times someone told you to replace it because it is old, out of support etc. - that may be, but the cause may also be poor IT maintenance ? We would like to be able to solve these issues for customers on a global level, and provide a true high quality, efficient and encompassing IT service, but for that we need financial means.
