Consumer Finance Lawyer (Consumer Credit Act related)

Legal topic: Contract Description of legal work: I am looking for some clarification of the wording contained within a signed credit agreement regulated by the Consumer Credit Act. The agreement is from October 2012 and was signed in relation to a 'short term flexible loan facility ("Overdraft")'. I am happy to provide the full document so that my questions can be clearly assessed without my just cherry picking the part of the document it relates to. The questions are short, and in my (non-legal) opinion, fairly straightforward. My questions relate to the interpretation of wording for the start date of payments after signing the agreement and whether the contract ran a fixed term that would have been renewed or whether it would have ran on a 'rolling basis'.
