Shareholder agreement

I am looking for a solicitor to write up a shareholder agreement for a in 2015 founded private limited company. I originally founded the company next to my studies at university and I am now taking it to the next stage and need to get a proper shareholder agreement in place. I haven't got much experience in legal and therefore require professional support. Company structure: Shareholder 1: Founder and main director 75%, no vesting Shareholder 2: Original supporter, but dropped out, will receive 5%, no voting rights, no vesting Shareholder 3: Original "investment" on a small scale, now providing a personal loan and actively working for the company on a daily basis, 20%, voting rights, need a vesting of 3 years in place
