Configure and install new server for small company (50 people)

We are looking for someone who can recommend, install, commission and support a new server and software to support our 30 users with file sharing, print sharing, email, databases etc. We are not looking for day to day IT support for our users. We are looking for someone who specialises in servers and small business networks who can advise and manage the transition from our existing server to a new on-site system, and then provide ongoing support for server only related issues.
