General information for the business: 2nd/3rd line helpdesk engineer outsourcing for FULL TIME FREELANCERS ONLY Description of support work: PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU ARE IN A FULL-TIME ROLE, THIS JOB IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOU AS IT IS A HELPDESK FUNCTION THAT REQUIRES QUICK RESPONSE TIME We are a small IT support company based in Scotland and we are looking for an experienced engineer who could handle some of our helpdesk clients requests. This is client "facing" role and you should be available at least half a day to take some of the calls from our helpdesk and solve the problem remotely. So excellent spoken and written English skills are required.
