PR to the media.

Hi I am looking to get a press release/editorial out to the media. I am ideally looking at business publications, business news, tech news. Can you advise on this? I do not mind if its a short article but I am keen on it being noted somewhere credible. I want the story to have my name it in, whether it's a quote or my opinion.
