Increase my YouTube channel GENUINE subscribers and views in a LEGITIMATE way

I own a new YouTube Channel uploading videos every week for the past 14 weeks. I will continue doing this for as long as it gets as I am new but very ambitious and love the process of growing my work whilst helping people in the process. My focus is sharing my story with anxiety and trying to help people via this.
