Collect 100% validated 1000 email adddress, contact person, validated email address

The person I will collect 100% valid leads of Community Care agencies (400) , Nursing and recruitment agencies (200), Children Nurseries (300) and residential care homes (100), the information must contain the following contact name- phone number - Company - location. Every email will need to be checked by sending a email through gmail, therefore there is no a chance of invalid emails being supplied as this would be no point in providing the contact information also a demographic area will be provided that will need to be targeted. The price is negotiable for the right candidate.
