Sales Broker

We would like you to acquire sales broker to sell lease option contracts (from our/their investor database) for properties (in our database) in order to rent the properties to our tenants. There is a massive ROI for the investor as exemplified in our website under "Calculator how it works". We have a database of around 50k tenants and several thousand properties; as such, we would like to match appropriate investors to property returns. Commission would be up from 5-15% of a sale. Minimum realistic OTE expected at £10k per month. This commission is above and beyond your PPH rate.
