Sales manager for remote sales team

We require a sales manager to lead a remote sales team Reps all work from home You will be a seasoned sales professional with management experience You will be required to learn the campaigns the company is running inside out so that you can continually coach team members Training and coaching makes up a large part of this role, as does ensuring campaign targets are achieved Making calls on the campaigns is also expected to ensure you are leading from the front You will also manage and be assisted by a sales administrator Your is hugely influential and so, you need to demonstrate experience and understanding of sales and sales processes and strategies The role pays a mixture of basic hourly rate and high commission based on the performance of the team This is a role for experienced candidates only
