PR & media relations French speaking freelancer needed

We are young PR/event/research agency situated in Warsaw https://www.facebook.com/jjcommunicationspl/ We are interested in hiring a freelancer who will be able to distribute 3-4 press releases/month to marketing media in France plus follow-up them for publications. KPI per month is 30 publications and a freelancer needs to have own contact base. Press releases are prepared in English - we are looking for person, who will be able to translate them to French. Articles contain data provided by Polish Internet research agency operating on the markets of Central and Eastern Europe. We are willing to pay $560 monthly.
