Business development

Ideally you will have previous experience within the social care sector working and sourcing out contract with care and residential Homes However, we would consider a strong consultant who can demonstrate a proven track record of success and a desire to succeed. This is an exciting opportunity for a consultant to come on board to develop the market in a growing sector. You will be a dynamic, passionate and target driven individual who enjoys a busy and ever changing role. The role requires you to develop new business and grow your market and therefore you must be confident in making sales calls, working to targets and identifying new areas for business growth. Your duties will include - - Business development - Attending client meetings - Building client relationships and managing clients - Working to targets and achieving KPI’s You will have - Have at least 1 years experience working within a busy Marketing  environment preferably within the Health & Social Care sector. Experience of delivering financial success and meeting targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels The ability to work with autonomy A full & current driving license is essential but not compulsory
