Our software integrates online retailers’ inventory, sales orders, product listings and shipping processes across marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart as well as ecommerce-ready website platforms like Shopify Magento. JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: * Create, edit, and manage content for both internal and external audiences across multiple channels including customer-facing web content, internal knowledge base, shared documents, user manuals etc. * Stellar written and verbal communication skills with a strict attention to detail. * Proven ability to understand and explain details of a technical software solution to both technical and non-technical audiences alike * The desire not just to write, but to explore the content you're writing about so you understand not just how it works, but why it matters to the people using it; serving as the voice of our users , figuring out the best way to get customers the information they need when and where they need it, and collaborating with the folks who use our docs to get their feedback. * Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline * Nice to have 1-2 years in corporate, start-up, or agency setting; or ability to demonstrate writing skills through internships, student publications, personal articles, or other media.
