Online configurator tool to be built

General information for the business: We sell products for office interiors and this tool is for our Cube booth system Kind of development: New program from scratch Description of requirements/functionality: The tool needs to be web based, and is to be very similar in functionality to the tool seen here: http://spacestor.com/items/railway-carriage-meeting-pods/#customizer We will obviously provide all the variations, combinations and details etc and all the visuals and graphics for this tool. The objective is to enable our customers to create their Cube booth of choice and then download a spec sheet that details all the elements of their configured design. I want the developer to be on a fixed price for the project.
