I need a web marketplace application created between sellers and buyers

General information for the business: Will be a marketplace for students between buyers and sellers Kind of development: New program from scratch Num. of modules: 3 Description of every module: Will supply more information on a live call through peopleperhour. Need to know if you can work for the price. Description of requirements/functionality: Must work on all web browsers. Will need student information and photos and images and project side where people supply information about projects. Need setup on google server and development of both server side, SQL database and front end UI. All clear application development will be supplied and clear instructions. Extra notes: This project will be paid in 5 payments of £600 per payment.
