I need Adobe Captivate 2017 expert with javascript skills

I'm looking for someone who can complete a Captivate 2017 project that we have started in house. Our issue is that we need to pull questions from an external json or xml file into the packaged captivate scorm file at presentation. When the scorm file runs inside an LMS it will write scorm data back to the LMS database. We have been able to test and prove this latter element but we are struggling to identify how we can read the question data from the external JSON or xml file. Our aim is to be able to upload multiple versions of the SCORM without having to edit / publish the SCORM everytime we want to create a new quiz. With our intended approach all we would need to do is to replicate and edit the external JSON or xml file. We have already written and setup the variables that are used inside the SCORM package and we can send this file to our selected PPH'r, so that you can investigate the current state of the project, understand our variables, discuss the solution with us and then make the necessary additions changes.
