General information for the business: Contract Terms and condition Description of legal work: I run a plumbing and heating for commercial businesses company. my customer base included restaurants, pubs, hotels, cafes, schools and offices. I would like to put together a Preventive maintenance contract to cover all above ground drainage, plumbing, heating and gas related appliances and plumbing apparatus in a commercial premises. (minimum 12 months rolling contract) included in this contract will be 1. Gas appliance service (boilers, fireplaces and commercial catering appliances) 2. Appliance service records 3. 24/7 emergency call out service 4. Annual Gas safety certificate 5. 6 monthly tightness testing for gas leaks 6. No fee charged for minor repairs or first time fix where no parts is required. 6. 10% discount on parts and labour for repairs Each customer will have different price, upon successful negotiation.
