PHP/Python Application - Automatically File eMails via script or application

General information for the business: Architectural Practice Description of requirements/functionality: PHP/Python Application to automatically File eMails and Documents Architect's Practice looking to automatically file eMails and Documents into their filing structure depending on input from user. User to enter Project Number, SubFolder and Option to Edit automatically generated Filename. Currently using advanced Automator, AppleScript and Shell Scripting to achieve, however, current solution is inflexible and slow. Client would like to redevelop existing application into native script or application that will run on Mac OS and offer Windows compatibility. Existing Automator script is available to provide further insight, if needed. 1. Primarily used on Mac OS 10.12+ but application should be cross platform and integrate into Office 365 if possible, rather than to Mail Client, to allow better cross platform support 2. Tool to automatically file user’s eMails and Documents based on a specific naming convention and subfolder, based on user prompt for a Project Number & Subfolder. 3. Automatically save eMails from a User’s Office 365 Mailbox into a specific subfolder, with specific naming convention on an AFP or SMB Share. Saved eMails should be moved to a folder in the user’s Office 365 Mailbox to show it has been filed. User will be prompted for a Project Number & Subfolder. 4. Dropper Application to save documents dropped onto the application into a specific subfolder, with specific naming convention on an AFP or SMB Share. User will be prompted for a Project Number & Subfolder. 5. When filing eMail or Document, user should be prompted to confirm filename and whether the file should be printed - file would then be placed in specific folder for printing by admin staff 6. Client runs a Mac OS 10.12+ File Server and around 30 Macs, running 10.12+ Project scoping is open to suggestion on a better workflow OS requirements: Windows, Mac OS Extra notes:
