I need gamification on my WP website

General information for the business: Marketing Community Description of requirements/functionality: I have a marketing community with a website that runs on a membership plugin called instamember which is also integrated with WordPress users. For that reason, I don't want to use any platform like buddy press because I already have a platform that it would interfere with. I need someone to create a badge plugin or extension that integrates with instamember so that I can create badges for each person and award them for other achievements. The badge icons would need to be uploaded. There are 3 badge icons. There also needs to be a way to create badges or medals for other achievements such as creating a website, SEO ranking on page one, getting a new client. Etc. All badges should be listed/appear on their profile and also show blanked out badges for what they should be striving for next - or some other way of motivating them/other gamification method. I am looking for someone with good WP and development experience, someone with a strategy, bright ideas and innovation to solve this problem with the least amount of expense. Thanks Extra notes:
